The Filter Man, Ltd. has been providing solutions in air filtration products and services throughout the state of Texas and surrounding areas for over 18 years. Our offices and warehouse have just relocated to a brand new 28,000 square foot facility in New Caney, TX, just outside of Houston.

For over 18 years, Karen and Phil Maybee have worked as a husband and wife team in building The Filter Man, Ltd.
As President and CEO to The Filter ManŽ, Ltd., Karen has been involved with almost every aspect of the daily operations. Karen has done it all, from unloading and loading the trucks to running the office! Karen has strong Customer Service skills combined with strong accounting and management experience.
Karen's belief in doing things right the first time has been the catapult to the success of FilterManŽ, Ltd.
Phil Maybee, Past President of NAFA (National Air Filtration Association) and NAFA Certified Air Filter Specialist, brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in solving our customers filtration and indoor air quality needs.
Phil has 20+ years in the air filtration industry with a track record for upgrading all types of systems from Gas Turbine inlet filtration to Surgical Room filtration design and sizing. In every aspect of the filtration evaluations the end result is performance driven, to increase efficacy, reduce costs, improve energy efficiency and educate the service personnel.
In addition to the years in air filtration Phil has been actively involved in Indoor Air Quality investigation, remediation, and assessment. The projects have been numerous and from all specters of the term from industrial inhalation to microbial assessment.
Currently there are several committees Phil serves on at ASHRAE and NAFA to further the IAQ and quality of filtration for commercial property and industry alike. He has authored numerous papers and been a national speaker for several industry conventions as well as local chapters of various associations.
