High-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) is also known as high-efficiency particulate absorbing and high-efficiency particulate arrestance. HEPA filtration is used in applications that require contaminate control in airborne particle size. They are widely used in hospitals, clean rooms, manufacturing processes along with many other applications. The Filter Man offers a variety of HEPA filtration options and will work with each application to determine the proper solution.
All plastic construction. Media and frames are polypropylene. Plastic hot melt adhesive used for bonding pleat packs to frame. A truly innovative and unique minipleat design concept. Engineered for exceptional performance and durability in a v-bank configuration.
Frame material for the Synthetic Mini-pleat Panel filter is rigid impact resistant and moisture proof polypropylene foam. Frame and media pack are bonded together with a polypropylene adhesive. It should be noted that the entire Mini-pleat panel filter is 100% polypropylene. Polypropylene is not affected by moisture and by nature does not support the growth of microbial organisms such as bacteria, mold, fungi, etc. Available in efficiency grades from ASHRAE MERV 8 to MERV 15 (30-95%+). A truly innovative and unique mini pleat design concept. Engineered for exceptional performance and durability in a 1”, 2”, 4 and 6” depth.
