HEPA
High-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) is also known as high-efficiency particulate absorbing and high-efficiency particulate arrestance. HEPA filtration is used in applications that require contaminate control in airborne particle size. They are widely used in hospitals, clean rooms, manufacturing processes along with many other applications. The Filter Man offers a variety of HEPA filtration options and will work with each application to determine the proper solution.
V-cell
All plastic construction. Media and frames are polypropylene. Plastic hot melt adhesive used for bonding pleat packs to frame. Available in efficiency grades from ASHRAE MERV 8 to MERV 15 (30-95%+). A truly innovative and unique mini pleat design concept. Engineered for exceptional performance and durability in a v-bank configuration.
Mini Pleats
Frame material for the Synthetic Mini-pleat Panel filter is rigid impact resistant and moisture-proof polypropylene foam. Frame and media pack are bonded together with a polypropylene adhesive. It should be noted that the entire Mini-pleat panel filter is 100% polypropylene. Polypropylene is not affected by moisture and by nature does not support the growth of microbial organisms such as bacteria, mold, fungi, etc. Available in efficiency grades from ASHRAE MERV 8 to MERV 15 (30-95%+). A truly innovative and unique mini pleat design concept. Engineered for exceptional performance and durability in a 1”, 2”, 4 and 6” depth.
Rigid Pockets/Drop Safe
This filter has a molded header that does not corrode. It’s rigid design and synthetic construction allows pockets to withstand 100% humidity environments. These pocket filters remain rigid during repetitive fan shut-downs to prevent captured particle migration.
Carbon
Although particulate filters are designed to capture particles and protect the equipment and air we breathe, they are not able to remove gas particles. Carbon can be utilized in various applications within HVAC equipment to remove these gases. The Filter Man offers several styles of carbon filtration to suit any environment.
Rolls/Pad Media
Variety of media grades available in bulk media rolls and custom cut pads to any size. Designed for general construction applications.
Pleats
A pleated air filter is made from various types of media folded into pleats to increase the entire surface area. This allows the filter to trap more airborne particles such as dust, dirt, and hair, which could otherwise damage equipment.
UV/UVC
Variety of UV products available for coil cleaning, air purification, and disinfection using time and intensity to gain proven results.
